This study uses action research has a purpose,namely : (1) To find out how to increase learning outcomes of the course Education policy by using point counter point to the students. (2) To determine how students' interest in the subject of Education policy with the adoption of a point counter point. Place of research is in STKIP PGRI Lamongan on student Civics and Economics Odd Semester V semester of 2015 with the number of students 32 starts from the beginning of October until the end of November, 2015
Data from this study showed the average value on education policy courses conducted learning methods point counter point obtained data of student achievement that learning achievement with the average value of the student before the cycle :55,69; Cycle I : 64,3; and cycle II : 88.6 ; seen their achievement of learning outcomes. Likewise with the students' interests also terdapati increase in each cycle . The result is the average value of an interest in before the cycle : 24.7; Cycle I : 38.5 ; and cycle II : 44.74; The data showed an increase in interest in learning the subjects of education policy
